My Work

End-to-End  Location Management

I source and manage locations, working closely with production companies and property owners to ensure filming runs smoothly and professionally - often supporting projects from initial scouting right through to shoot day and beyond.

A Modern Approach

I like to speed up my work keeping up to date with ways to digitise the process, you’d be shocked at how much still gets hastily scrawled on the back of a business card in location management! That might work for some, but I prefer to do things properly. Finding the right location for your film is incredibly important to me - and that means scouting images and details should not only look good, but look true to life and be presented in an easy way that’s immediately understandable.

I’m also passionate about being a role model for other women. I want to see more incredibly capable women at the top of our industry.

Always Conscientious

When you’re conscientious, fastidious about accessible detail, respectful and kind it’s amazing how easily and quickly things can be done! Plus, if I were about to hand over a large chunk of budget for a programme location, I’d certainly want to know exactly what my money is being spent on.

My role as a Location Manager is to act as the link between production companies and property owners, making sure filming runs smoothly. I’m here to make sure any requests from the production company are collated and discussed with you prior to the filming day, and that you’re aware of exactly what we want to achieve. Not to mention providing reassurance and personally overseeing that your home or community is returned to you exactly as you left it.

Any questions or concerns go through myself and my team, and get resolved in a way that works for both of us.

The utmost care is taken at every location, whether that be a stately home, municipal buildings, the local park or even your own home. Our aim is for the least amount of disruption possible, and one of us will be with you for the entire time as your main point of contact on the ground, with myself always only a phone call away.

I’m also a member of the Production Guild of Great Britain, the professional body representing the UK film and television production industry who can confirm my membership.
